The 3 apartments and the studio have individual floor plans, but have similar furnishings and exceptionally comprehensive equipments.

All of them have satellite color TV sets both in the living areas, and in every bedroom.
The system is connected to EUTELSAT. It includes the major TV stations from almost every country in Europe, and the Greek Pay-TV system "NOVA".
In each of the 4 holiday flats there is a CD and MP3 player, and a telephone. Internet (ADSL) is available both per LAN socket as well as per WLAN (WiFi).

Apartment Giasemi
is on the sea side of the ground floor and has 2 separate bedrooms and a separate kitchen.
In front of the apartment there is a partly roofed terrace with sea view. It has a garden table with 4 chairs and an umbrella.
One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other one with 2 single beds.

In the small living area there is a sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Apartment Vokamvilia
is also on the sea side of the ground floor but has only 1 separate bedroom, a larger living room and an open-plan kitchen.
The partly roofed terrace is larger than the one at the neighbouring apartment, and has sea view as well.
It is furnished with a garden table with 4 chairs, and an umbrella is available as well.

In the separate bedroom there is a double canopy bed, and in the living room there is a big convertible sofa for another 2 persons.

Apartment Gardenia
is on the land side of the ground floor and has 1 separate bedroom and a separate kitchen.
On the large terrase there is a garden table with 4 chairs and an umbrella.

Studio Arokaria
is on the top floor and is reminiscent to a penthouse.
From the veranda, it provides most beautiful views of the village and the port of  Panormo and of the Aegean Sea. A garden table, chairs and an umbrella are available.
The studio includes an integrated living room and bedroom with a double bed and a kitchenette, and a separate shower bathroom.

Each of the 4 holiday flats has separate air conditioning units both in the living areas and in each bedroom, and central heating as well.
In each bathroom there is a shower tub and shower curtain, a WC, and a hair dryer.
Each dwelling unit also has a safe deposit box as well as iron and board, and large wardrobes are available in the bedrooms. Baby cots will be prepared for a fee.

Room cleaning is every 2 days. Linen is changed every 4 days, and towels (if requested) daily.
