The Kastro Apartments
are in  Panormo a short way above the village center, some 250 meters from the sandy beach.
The 3 holiday flats on the ground floor for up to 4 persons each have separate bedrooms and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and furnished terraces.
On the top floor there is also a studio for 2 persons with a kitchenette, a separate bathroom, and a furnished veranda.

Panormo
is a fishing village on the north coast of the island of Crete, 63 kms west of Iraklion and 21 kms east of Rethymnon.
In former times Panormo was the port of the town of Eleftherna which is 22 kms to the South.
Eleftherna which has now been excavated was one of the most important cities of ancient Crete.

There are some small swimming-bays with other sandy beaches west of the port. In the summer the village center is closed to traffic and the tavernas fill the narrow lanes with tables.
